Land acquisition by govt & TSIIC frm normal people

In our village(Buggapadu in Khammam district, Telangana) govt is going to establish a Food park. For this purpose they acquired 183 acres of land(without patta) from farmers almost 7 years ago.
My mother owned 4 acres of patta land next to that 183 acres and government/APPIC asked us to give that land for very less price. Instead we asked to exchange our land and it was agreed by the revenue department and APIIC(please find attachments).

But now the project has been started and both govt & APIIC forcing us to give the land and changed the owner of the land to Govt name without informing us.

Putting all the rights in hand (government and APIIC) they are playing with normal people like us.

We already escalated this issue to revenue department, distric collector and local politician..no progress!!

Could you please help us in this regard?

Thank you very much in advance. more

Thank you @Csn Sarma. We have already met Distric Collector and gave him letter in person. But we forgot to take the stamp. But I will make sure to stamp next time. more
Please take appointment of the District collector and urge in writing for justice appraising the facts underwent and request for allotment of an equally fit land in terms of Cultivation . Pursue every 15 days in writing submitting the letter personally in the Dispatch Section getting acknowledgement Stamped on your copy . After 2 times of such , please seek our Legal Circles and or an Advocate whom you know and approach the High Court . more
