IT IS A PITY THAT DELHI GOVT IS DOING NOTHING TO ACT, DESPITE SUCH A HUE AND CRY ABOUT THE MAL PRACTICE OF THIS ILLEGAL PRACTICE. SIMPLY ONE NOTIFICATION IS NEEDED i.e. ALL LABS WILL FOLLOW CGHS RATES CARD FAILING THEIR LICENCES WILL BE CANCELLED. BUT IT SEEMS PEOPLE IN GOVT ARE ALSO PARTY TO THE COMMISSION RACKET. more
I agree with Mr SN Gupta. more
Govt. can do one thing for all NABL labs & NABH Hospitals should strictly follow CGHS rates which seems to be appropriate. Before providing NABL/NABH accreditation to Labs/Hospitals undertaking can be taken & afterward properly monitored. more
All these labs have been granted Accreditation by an organisation National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories NABL, which is a Govt organisation under deptt of Science and Technology. Its office is at Sector 44 plot 45 Gurgaon. If the are definate and documented proofs about the commission, NABL can be approached for withdrawl of Accreditation as it is a violation of sec 4.1.2.3 of the ISO Standard IS 15189 against which they have been granted Accreditation to operate. more
