Know when oil has become unusable

One can easily identify visually if the cooking oil has become unusable. Most common signs are thick foaming, darkening of oil due to presence of TPCs, & change in its consistency. Once oil reaches this limit, it must be discarded more

Some only get to constantly eat third use oil on their regular diet, so where does one draw the line..... The line of "minimal health for all"?????? FSSAI CAN APPROVE BUT WHAT OIL DOES THE COMMON MAN CONSUME ON A REGULAR BASIS? AND BY CONSUMING SUCH THIRD GRADE OIL REGULARLY, MOSE FREE HOSPITALS AND CLINICS HAVE TO BE DISHED OUT BY THE HOT., IN TURN BY THE TAX PAYING POPULATION!!!!!! SO PLEASE ENSURE OIL QUALITY BUT ALSO A MINIMAL STANDARD FOR THE COMMON POOR PEOPLE TO CONSUME..... EDUCATE THEM AS TO WHAT IS SAFE AND REGULATIONS FOR THE STREET RESTAURANTS AND FOOD KIOSKS TO NOT USE SUCH OIL PLEASE........................................................................................................... more
