He should take some sessions of physiotherapy and some cartilage strengthening supplements, after consulting a qualified Orthopaedic surgeon more
Aditi its always better to check first with a concerned person before starting of any treatment on your own. more
Throw away the treadmill. No need to see any one. Just be natural & tell him to go out for long walks, any time of the day. God bless. more
Aditi, I am a physio too, he needs to see a orthopaedic first, can be a ligament tear or a meniscal injury due to overuse. will need some rest and physiotherapy. Please apply some ice to the affected area. Some therapeutic exercises will work but first see an orthopaedic first, he will advise you physiotherapy. more
