While improvements are visible under Modi Ji, some suggestions: 1. All DMs/ DCs must be ordered to have an open public Meeting at least thrice a week which anybody and everybody in his jurisdiction can attend without any appointment permission restriction etc. This is for people to interact directly on their problems/ issues including individual problems. Local media should be allowed to air these interactions. 2. Similar compulsory regular public meetings must be held by the Municipal Commissioners and the SSPs and aired on media for the people to know what these authorities are doing to alleviate your suffering. more

Sri. Karur Radhakrishnan is impatient, I feel (Nothing wrong in this as he has taken the development of India too much to heart and wants to see changes). He wants everything to be done in 3 years, after so much of inaction over 65 years. Given the very big size of our country, and the depth to which things have gone, it will take some time to clean up things. A good beginning has taken place under PM Modiji, and slowly but surely everything will fall in place. With demonitisation andcash transactions coming down due to the restrictions, there will be less money for paying the bribes, paying for purchase of property or gold etc. This will surely reduce the corruption. With a great belief in God, I am sure of very positive results in 10 years time from now. more

Right yr expectations , but why unauthorised constructions still continue even in these days , that too in Varanasi City areas where dencitiy of residencial populations are over crowded - resulting which Sunlight blocked in thousands of lanes/ bi-lanes/gullies / muhallahs ... from whom they got permisions ? for occupying ' gullies sarkari' ie. Govt.lanes. Most of lanes' actual wirth becoming 2' or less- resulting which''Sweepers' thelas ' could not even enter into the lanes because wirth of these thelas with 2 wheels is min 2.5' . Earlier each & every lanes in Varanasi Nagar Mahapalika areas' actual Govt. recorded wirth is min 5' & max 8 to 10' with full Sun lighted at the noon time. My focus is - State & Central Govt. deptt. immediate take arrangement to STOP unauthorised constructions so that every lanes / bi- lanes catch full Sun light. Since UP & Central Govt. both ways running BJP's lead Govt., a simple Notice could easily published/ Notify in Local News Papers by by either Govt.. contents meaning of which shows .. for exam - as under;

The congress and the other opposition party crooks have been blocking the BENAMI PROPERTY ACT in the Rajya Sabha, where BJP doesnot have the numbers. With the Rajya Sabha elections round the corner (early 2018), BJP and MODIji will have the numbers to push the reforms to their/his wish. We will then see the fun with what happens to the huge benami properties of people like Karunanindhi and DMK, Sasikala and other crooks in the AIADMK, the Congress and people like LALU, MULAYAM etc. more

Corruption is rampant everywhere and has bounced back with a vengeance. The inspector raaj is going to be worst. Notices are now a common issue and you have to just pay a fees and get it squared up. Talk about LUT / Bonds is another issue the list of documents to be submitted is large so obviously there is a fee under the table other wise you keep waiting. A small unit like mine is down with a sum of 33.75 Lacs in the government machinery and no refunds so far all pending. Only one way out is .................. Business is now a nightmare. more

Very sorry state of affairs. Dont pay any bribe .Write to higher offacials of municipality-SSP/DIG Police -chief Minister /District Magistrate & finally to Anti Corruption Bureau..
