1. Ragging Shall be punished debarring for 3 Years for Education in the Country
2. Seven years imprisonment Shall be given for Protested unlawful Sexual intercourse
3. Life Sentence Shall be given for Rape
4. Solitarily Life imprisonment Shall be given for gang Rape
5. Murder after Rape shall be punished with Hanging before Public OR Burning before Public .
These 5 must be codified in IPC under a Special Law enacting in detail . Police must submit all in 30 days to Courts AND COURTS SHALL COMPLETE ORDER IN 15 DAYS .
NO Case Shall have provision of Appeals OR Release .
6. Adultery must be punished with 10 years imprisonment . If Consented by Husband , Prostitution Licence to be given considering Exemption
7. Licencing Prostitution is necessary to be Reinstated permanently (SINCE GOVERNMENTS CANNOT FEED THE NEEDY) ( Already some NGOs and even Some Govt Rescue Homes are indulging in unlawful , illegal Sex as being found by Police and Media ) more

Solitarily Life imprisonment Shall be given for crimes that are heinous and against the society. Anti Social elements must be sweeped in and put in to RI for 7 years, Anti National speaking /propaganda making must be given 7 years RI. All terrorist when they commit heinous crimes against large number of people like bomb blast must be imprisoned, handcuffed, and kept in solitary confinement till judgement, and capital punishment must be given invariably. IPC and CRPC must be amended to this effect at once. more
