Justice and Constitution
Real Justice shall not protect Criminals , Looters of Govt and Public Finances, Murderers , Anti Nationals and, whose Rescue Petition is disapproved BECAUSE THE COMMITTED PERFORMANCE OF Registered Members of Bar Councils and the Jury is to Secure and uphold the Purpose and Objective of the Law contemplated .
Justice will be that which ensures Equal Application and secures Justice Equally the general public i.e., the whole Society . Hence, Justice delayed is Justice denied .
Justice always depended on : A Pleader who pleads ; Lawyer who follows Law ; Advocate who advocates Objectives of Law ; Counsel who counsels the Client AND JUSTICE GETS CONCLUDED ON purpose and objectives of Law . When a question of Law arise, Justice search for Morality, Humanity and Goodness . Policing shall bound to IPC, Constitution and ‘there shall not be any room for inadequate Prosecution etc.’
If this legitimate system is followed, there will naturally be the anticipated realization too in the Society/ Country [ OUTCOME OF :-Protection of Lawful Justice , carry of Objectives and Equality , Counseling the legitimacy, Human Morals ] .
MANY HEARTFELT Posts, Sharings, Comments and urges in the ‘Legal Advise and Matters’ Circle have been initiated only on this Vital issue of justice Delivery. As shared by a member, it was found that above 7 thousand Fake Law Certificates of Private Law Colleges as at 2013. In 2016, AP State found 73 Fake Certificate Holders in Government Jobs. In this year, 2019, in Tamilnadu, above 50 Fake PHD Certificate holders were found . Law and Order, Investigation and Vigilance Policing also is the cause of all sorts of torturing issues the Country and People have been facing since last 2 decades AND NEED TO BE REGULATED SUITABLY FOR PROMPT CARRY OF CONSTITUTIONAL OBJECTIVES AND MANDATES FAST. more
