Just Dial should also mention careful note that these are just agencies registered with them and that there is no guarantee of any genuinity of the same. It is wrong on the part of just dial to send list of any names when the question asked was to find the names of genuine authorised agents. Police complaints to be lodged and just dial should be grabbed to consumer court. more

Just dial can not go scot free. it should be held responsible for frauds committed by the unscrupulous agencies registered with it. more

Just dial should check the service providers registration number and address before they register with them and the service user should also check the same before availing the service from them. more

I feel relying on a E Platform for authenticity of a service provider is not fair.. One Cannot expect just dial to be verifying all the service providers personally considering the huge amount of database they have.. As customers we should take responsibility to give authentic reviews for services we use from just dial which can help other customers & vice versa.. Coz Just dial is only a e-platform for the huge database which is surely commendable & when we ask for suggestions they give suggestions based on the reviews that customers have left.. So better we talk to few people based on their suggestion and then decide for ourselves which service provider looks authentic & decide accordingly.. more

Merely being free does not entitle one to compromise integrity .the information is on public forum hence just dial needs to be diligent. more
