Increased cases of getting bail or acquitted from serious crimes for political and strong money holding people are increased in independent India. After seeing these incidents in recent days, the leftover faith on Judicial system is vanishing from people. If People holding the key positions in Judicial system is also got from giving bribery then what else people can expect. They also need to make enough money before they retire.

1. The Wealth & Money, Economic Status shall not be concentrated in some individuals or in some institutions as per the Indian Constitution . It is also a saying by an international author since questions the Mankind and even Humanity . But still , the Indian Executive responsible for control of the above under the Constitutional Articles for a Fit and proper Democracy has set off long back and made the concentration of Money and Wealth in only Some Corruptible Individuals encouraging Black Money creation through ; ill-Business Sector including in Land and Landed Properties which anti-democratic & Corruption oriented Politicians . 2. The Citizen under Judiciary , Police , Law & Justice and Military are also human beings in the same Society and none can deny or defy this truth and Cognizable Fact. 3. Although it is the hidden Fact from BOFORS ; UREA ; SUGAR ; SHARES HGAWALA ; GRAVEL & GRANITE MINES ; BANKING , FINANCE AND CHIT-FUND MAFIA ; AUDIT MIS-REPRESENTATION ; 2 G SPECTRUM ; COAL MAFIA TO MONEY LAUNDERING MAFIA , ==NEITHER THE INDIAN EXECUTIVE NOR THE INDIAN JUDICIARY THOUGH HAVE SUMOTO POWERS TOOK INTEREST ON THE TERMS OF CONSTITUTIONAL DEMOCRATIC PROVISIONS , LAWS FAILING FROM 1986 TO 2013 . THE JUDICIARY THOUGH STARTED ADVISING THE LEGISLATIVE ORIENTED POLITICIANS AND POLITICAL PARTIES IN 2012 ; 2013 REGARDING THE CANDIDATURE IN ELECTIONS AND THE COAL MAFIA , THE POLITICAL PARTIES AND GOVERNMENTS COMMENTED ON " C A G REPORTS " AND EVEN DIS-REGARDED THE ADVISE OF ELECTION COMMISSION. 3. IN SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES EVEN , THE INDIAN MILITARY ALSO DID NOT FELT ITS NECESSITY TOWARDS THE CITIZEN AND THE INDIAN CONSTITUTION.
