Journalist Media to supersede Politically influenced intellectuals

-As also notified by S.C., Media under Journalist motto is the unique force in alerting Rulers realize and public to aware and awake.
-It is the basic duty of Executive to intervene when increase of Misuse, Corruption and Misappropriation identified in .C. to RBI ; CBI to E.C.since President of the Nation is the responsible head of Governance and is why President Rule found place in the Constitution.
Not only these Top Bodies of Rule, 1765 Legislative Members of India out of 4,896 [MPs, MLAs] are either convicted or the accused in Criminal Cases.
-Even Banking and Financial institutions could not arrest Misuse, Misapproppriation and Frauds which resulted in identification of above 8 Lakh Crores Bad Debts; about 50 to 75% of this, 4 to 6 Lakh Crores NPAs running with continued Overdue repayments.
This is nothing but the loot of both Public and National Finances and Funds and, the offensive Tax evasion increased in multiples of this value as on date.
-In 80s itself ; [i] Advocate Counsels argued that S.C. cannot implement Constitutional Mandates ; [ii] S.C. declared that Supreme Court is responsible to Constitutional Provisions. BUT, EVEN JUDICIARY FAILED in guarding Preamble Guarantees.
-This is why, the Executive shall bringin commitment, dedication and discipline in all the institutions of Governance either with Ordinances OR , the President’s Rule .
All individual Journalists, Journalist institutions of India shall inspire and awake all constitutional Bodies, Govt. and Private Sector and, the Citizen as already THRICE DICLARED BY THE SUPREME COURT. more

EC, CAG, CVC AND CIC etc., Bodies though Independent, require Executive/GOI intervention. Judiciary also was opted with NJAC. Situation in all Governing Bodies of the Constitution mandating such inevitable need. The issues of misuse, corruption and even misappropriation specifically tender this need SINCE ALL THE CONSTITUTIONAL BODIES COULD NOT set an end to Corrupt practices, Financial Offences which are ruining the whole Economy of the Country while the finances/savings of general public also are being looted since last 1 and 1/2 decades . more
Politicians promising increase of Retirement Age from 58 while some some set at 65. They must re impose the condition of 25 years of Service or Retirement Age as otherwise, the Jobless youth totally get depressed striving for Employment. Even Backward Classes and S.C./S.T. Families are suffering a lot with this such unjustified aspects of Reservations. Indeed, reservations should have been 1 per Family to cater the maximum Families of Weaker Sections and Backward Classes. The Political Vote Bank selfishness totally went wrong addressing the whole Caste irrespective of their richness depriving the poorest of the poor as warned by S.C. in 1963, reiterated in 85. This such anti constitutional governance tactics also to be eradicated through the inspirations from MEDIA WITH VESTED JOURNALIST MOTTO. more
Many Intellectuals in the form of Statesmen, Spokesmen etc., confining only to Criticism and not the vested duty of awakening on Justified mandates and Guarantees contemplated in the Preamble of our Constitution. Citizen just for the diversified, diluted and selfish methods of Rule adopted even in Governance of the Territory going against the Constitutionally authorized mandates together with the whole Nation have been deceived and deprived a lot while their income and wealth, Finances and Funds also had been set for continuous misuse and misappropriation decades together. This pathetic and unjustified stature of Citizen those fought for Independent Rule is really unpredicted , undue and unwanted and require fast rectification through legally requisite Regulations please. more
