While we are still on the last leg of discussion on Solutions for Prices Rise/Inflation, let us start a parallel discussion on the subject of Jobs and Economic Growth.

Let us follow the same process and list the challenges/issues we face on Jobs and Economic Growth front. We will then summarize it, find Root Causes and then develop Solutions to propose to the Government. I know we will have a lot of solutions.

Please respond to this post and give your views only on Challenges/Issues faced by India on Jobs and Economic Growth front.

Jobs and Economic Growth First of all we have to analyze "growth". Growth of which economy, the actual or the parallel. At present we have a parallel economy, an economy created by black money. This economy is actually growing at an enormous speed. Unless and until you do not root out this economy, it will swallow actual or real economy. So before beginning the "Actual Economic Growth" destroy black money economy. First step is to demonetize by removing big denomination notes of Rs.1000, 500 and 100 and switch on to plastic money. If not all economic development activities will generate more black money, corruption and inflation. more

A certain new mall/supermarket can only be permitted if and only if they give(for free) a certain percentage of their area(for eg. the size of one small shop or 0.2% of the area) to the self employed group/cottage industries of that state. That way regional products made by small cottage industries or self employed groups of a state will gain exposure and sale. This will improve and increase employment of a state. more
