Jio fiber Giga

I have registered a complaint against JIO GIGA fiber in consumer forum, but status is showing resolved but still, I didn't get my 4500 deposit money to my account. Many times I called customer care, simply they are saying within 60 days you will get your money back, but as of now 7 months completed. more

DEAR NARESHJI,please get guided by the NATIONAL HELP LINE FOR THE CONSUMERS 1600 11 4000.Meanwhile ,lodge a written COMPLAIN with the LOCAL POLICE STATION.Then send the acknowledged copy to the MANAGING DIRECTOR of the JIO,(BY SPEED POST WITH AD.).You may flash such cheating attempt of M/S JIO in the leading NEWS PAPERS....WE ARE SURE THERE WILL BE RELIEF FOR YOU.With regards.BN DAS more  
You  have to lodge a complaint to CDRF OR CDRC (From whom issued you a judgement in favour of you, and Relience is denied to pay, contemp application lodge immediately. Pl.send me judgement to read it

It seems you have registered a complaint against JIO GIGA fiber in consumer forum and the judgement has come in your favour for payment of Rs. 4500/- within six months, but not received by you so far.
If this is the fact, please approach the court and appeal for non implementation of the order and hence contempt of court. more  
I am at a loss here. Just because you filed a complaint with consumer forum, you expect a refund? Did a member(judge) pass an order for the refund? Else why would the company refund you?

If an order has been passed and date specified, you can file a petition for contempt of court if not fulfilled in the given time. Else, if within time period, you may have to wait. But I presume 70 days is beyond any court order. more
