Jio Customer Care is pathetic

I am following up with Jio customer care from last so many months , sent so many mails but have not received any reply and refund in my account. My grievance We were using an Airtel connection before this and people from JIO came and convinced us into getting your connection and took the payment of INR 4600. They removed the Airtel wifi and its wiring and made us wait for 10-15 days after taking the payment. We were then told there was some problem in the old connection and we need to pay again to get the connection now and will get an automatic refund in our account for the previous payment with order number NO0000920PD1 and phone number +919815888222. We have given endless reminders and calls for this and we still have neither got the refund nor the problem with our existing connection has been solved with phone number +919815444111. I request you to to please pay attention to this matter immediately and get us the refund of Inr 4600 with interest from Jio. It is highly disappointing that the grievance has been disposed and closed by https://consumerhelpline.gov.in without contacting and confirming with me. The company remark that has been updated is also untrue as my complaint was not regarding a security deposit. I have explained the entire story at least fifty times to different people in JIO and surprisingly they all remember my side of the story yet don't have a solution to it and have the audacity to call me over and over asking me to repeat my story again. I wonder why a tape is played in the beginning of a call, saying that the call is being recorded as I don't think the consumer court or the company ever goes through them otherwise I still won't be struggling to get a refund of my money even after an year!! I have been mentally harassed and drained by JIO to the limits, but the war has now begun and I don't plan on losing this one. JIO and everybody involved and responsible should face the consequences because if even one of these people were doing their job right and honestly, I wouldn't have to face this. more

Their personnel contacts are very POOR.Many a times it is required specially if you are a Senior citizen. more

In fact, no sooner I realised their unfair business tactics I was lucky to move out from JIO. I wonder, inspite of widespread dissatisfactions expressed against JIo/Reliance, why still people are not leaving their service? Why should we continue to avail substandard and non-customer friendly service? more  
Not only the service provided by Jeo is very bad and high handed, but also the speed of the Jeo network is very slow. The only plus point is that the jeo prepaid/post paid charges are speedly accounted for. more  
Government is extending all co-operation to the Jio network, but the company is trying to exploit the customers. It is high time government should think about the public difficulty. more  
Same is the case of MTNL, Airtel more
