Jet Airways beware

If any of you have any tickets with Jet airways check again. They have cancelled flights and are not refunding money of people.

The Civil Aviation Minister and his deputy need to intervene and ensure consumers are not looted and before that happens Naresh Goyal’s persona assets are sold off and he is put behind bars.

Consumer should not be penalised. more

I too have not been able to reach their customer service. If they had no operational expense as my flight is one month away, what have they done with my money? use it to pay their existing debt? this is fraud and I am in full agreement to file a criminal case against the CEO and chairman. PLease advise . consumer court is another option. more  
Thanks for your message. We need vigilant persons like you to warn fellow-citizens. I have not booked any tickets from Jet Airways for my forthcoming trips in May. Let the Civil aviation department examine the reason for such failure of Airlines. When the number of passengers are increasing, at that time the failure of Airlines is a matter of concern. more  
Sir Madam Jet was one of the best groups to work for in the eighties/ nineties - the more the world is getting more modern / more savvy - more the problems- if Jet Cancelled they have to inform well in advance and give an alternate flight at no extra costs - as it is going to the airport and back is a cost in itself - and if the flight got totally cancelled and no alternates provided then yes return the money as per DGCA Policies - but to hear such things for Jet is what to say ? then to the gurus where is this WICKED WORLD GOING ? HR the lesser said the better specially with just first names - example like Rahul - must be 1 crore Rahuls in India right? more  
I beg to differ - My flight was cancelled and they re-scheduled without any penalties - I was informed 3 days in advance. No complaints whatsoever. more
