Issues with peer to peer e-marketplaces

Recently, we have received complaints in our circles that various types of consumer frauds have been happening via e-marketplaces like Olx, Quikr, etc.

For instance, a buyer may respond to an ad, finalising a transaction on phone and then sending a wallet payment link. It has been reported that these links instead of crediting an amount to the sellers account, debit the amount.

We seek your experiences and issues faced with all ecommerce peer to peer market places so that they can be understood and evaluated for intervention.

i had one suggestion..to all complainers. just buy anything is door delivery but in your ward area like local business so you can reach to get warranty. online is tool but not for distance so check your area where many more online sellers. more  
online is fraud in like 90 percent cases now ? seems GOVT OF INDIA wants more digitization so that govt does no work - people citizens do all work free follow up is also big work effort time energy ? YOU STARTED IT RIGHT SO YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR GURUS WORK - THEY U PAY CRORES RIGHT ? more  
The frauds are happening frequently through fake sites and Mobile more  
The criminals are very smart and dupe by various means. They will not credit the amount in advance, but will take your account number. They speak over telephone and will not appear before you. Let us be careful to such fraudsters. more  
Accountability is lacking. We should be accountable to lower and upper. more
