Levying Rs. 25/day for system delayed FILING even though GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are getting SUBMITTED in time, seems like being FLEECED and avoidable misery, being unintendedly practised by GST system. May be refunded without any application thereof. Jai Shree Ram ! more

Balance amount was paid on 26/07/2017 (viz. after implementation ) and sale deed was registered on 03/08/2017 . The builder has taken Rs 89000/ on account of GST and Rs 164000/ on account of Service tax on a price of Rs 3188106/. The Completion Certificate and Occupancy Certificate were received by the builder on 03/04/2017.

We are small retailers (with very min staff) having b2c transactions (sales) and very few occasions exports also say 4-5 transactions in a year with minimal value, in this case how exports should be recorded in GSTR1, becos we enter turnover details per ratewise without Invoice uploading, and secondly our purchases involve both registered & unregistered as well as we deal with most of individual buyers who sometimes doen't register either becos small turnover (neither composition or unregistered) so to record goods bought from URD we need raise self Invoice under reverse charge etc., involves lot of manpower which we cannot afford as our turnover maynot such big to afford to appoint enough staff , so under the circumstances please treat this issue as major concern and provide solutions as per existing earlier state rules !! (just pay tax on URD Purchases & claim back when those goods sold)
Secondly GST has got diff tax rates and again subrates for local gst which makes traders/retailers very much confusing and maintaining accounts is big task in GST, I request dont make life complex for small traders/retailers and limit provided for even composition scheme is very small comparing even day today household items/groceries dealers/medical shops makes min -5-10 lacs business monthly and annual turnover may well exceed the composition limit thus they also need to register under GST and follow complex tax system which is herculian task for small traders becos they never have computer or trained to handle the billing done on pc !! and filing of returns which is not possible at all !! and to do with trained taxmen may need to hefty fees !! more
