Issue with Oyo bookings
I used to call their call center nos,they use to keep me waiting for long long time,i too waited some times more than a hour.
The problem is Oyo is not paying hotel owners for the rooms utilized & sold by Oyo earlier.
I had used my credit card for hotel booking on Oyo.Finally after 2 months they were not willing to transfer the refund to my credit card account.They asked for my personal bank account.I gave them.They replied the transfer is not taking place.They took other 15 days.Finally i got my refund.
