Is ISIS not yet banned in India?

There have been a lot of incidents whether people wearing black dresses and waiving ISIS flags have been reported..This is a show of support for ISIS..
For those who do not know what ISIS is ,please search the internet for the atrocities done by ISIS supporters against non islamic people...

When this is a clear fact ,what havent the govt banned the outfit in India...There are people from India travelling to Syria ,lebenan,Iraq in support of ISIS...
Because there is no legal punishment in India for people supporting this terrorist outfit,the supporters can easily go ,kill the innocent and come back...

What punishment has the govt decided for such people?
If not yet banned ,please pass an act against ISIS and people supporting ISIS...
This act will be particularly helpful in Kashmir where shoot at sight orders for ISIS supports can be easily given...

There is a lot of talk about the govt's stand on Kashmir...Please do this without wasting any time and without thinking of appeasement... more

We are actually loosing ground to terrorists...They start with just a small movement and end up destroying the entire country...Pakistan would have been already destroyed ,had America and China not supported it...Eradicate the terrorists at a very nasal stage otherwise they will eradicate our civilization...The terrorists have grown leaps and bounces and are not at the nasal state....They are ready to explode..... Just like other Countries in the world ; India also to start honoring its own Heriditory Cultures ; The Hinduism and its esteemed Human Prophesy ; realizing that India is Hindusthan ; India is Bharat and all Indians were Hindus that honored even by the various Laws in our constitution. India also has to at any cost safe-guard its own people , land , and the vested sovereign prestige like other countries . Here only our predecessor governments failed. Riot situation in Rajouri because ISIS flag was burnt?Can anybody digest this?If so does the govt need any further analysis to understand that the situation is already out of control in J&K...It will be so call peaceful until the govt of India keeps meeting the demands of such people...Cant the govt make it clear that whoever if found links with ISIS will be shot dead... If the govt does not want to ban ISIS,be it....No problem....But atleast 10 people can be shot dead without making any news int he international media... No help...Only killings of such seperatist will make them realize that peaceful looking people can also be extremely dangerous...If they want their rule ,they have to leave the valley and go to the place where their father recides.......Pakistan... more

There was a terrorist attack recently...More importantly ,the Kashmiri people swaying Pakistan and ISIS flags... This seems that the efforts done by the govt needs more agression...Although this govt is a bit stronger than the previous govts and efforts have also been done to eliminate terrorism...
