Irritable Bowel syndrome
1. One glass of lukewarm water with ginger lemon honey on an empty stomach followed by upto 3 glasses of lukewarm water. You can start with 1 +1 and slowly increase to 1 +3
2. Drink one glass of lukewarm water every one and a half to two hours.
3. Drink about 10-12 glasses of lukewarm water per day including the morning ones
4. Eat light.
5 Eat your evening meal early say by seven so that food is digested before sleeping.
