Irresponsible behavior of Regarding defect in a Zofey Peddler under warranty

I purchased from a Zofey Peddler cycle. They stated a six months warranty on the product. The cycle became unusable before the warranty period. First I sent a feedback, then after a great difficulty I could talk to customer first the person talking on behalf of Amazon clearly showed Amazon's inability to entertain the problem, but after a little bit hot arguments he provided one address where I was asked to write. I sent my complaint on that address through speed-post, but the same returned back after their refusal to accept the mail.
Now I do not know what remedy I have in this regard? The consumer forum does not seem to be a viable solution as there is no proper address is available.
I advice online buyers not to buy any product from Amazon in which Amazon states long term warranty i.e. more than then the return period. more

It is Paytm who paid my money to a fake link and therefore Paytm is most likely for legal action against Paytm. As such be ready to face this or else refund my money Rs 1899 immediately without delay.

Have you been provided with product brochure, usage manual,warranty card etc. In order you take very serious step,you may confirm
1. Whether any official complaint lodged? detailing the problems?
2. Since the letter addressed returned undelivered,have you endorsed copy to Amazon?
3. With all copies of documents ,warranty card etc. write a strong letter to the supplier Amazon,copy to the manufacturer as per supply invoice,endorse a copy to consumer forum and post all in social media.
4. In all probability your issue to be resolved with this and incase,the matter not resolved,please update in this circle,so that, I guide you for further course of action. more  
Any ecommerce companies are to be dealt carefully. Amazon is no exception. more  
I have similar experiences. Amazon quite often cheats customers, redress is too difficult. Even email ID is not ahown in homepage defying orders. Consumer Affairs minister should protect public interest more  
Please raise your Complaint through the Amazon Portal against the Order specifically - that's the only way that the issue is tracked automatically and the vendor's relationship with Amazon is affected - any direct approach to the vendor is normally counter productive.
Phone conversations with the Helpdesk do not create a record - normally not effective. more
