Invitation to Make Consumer Affairs Better Circle

Dear Friends:

It is my pleasure to invite you to the newly started circle "Make Consumer Affairs Better"

This circle brings together citizens of India in a community and enables them to share various challenges faced as a Consumer with Brands, Products, Service Providers and Businesses.

The objective is to create awareness in the citizen community as well collectively drive accountability and better consumer experiences. Collective inputs from this circle will be shared with the Ministry of Consumer Affairs on a regular basis.

Here is the invite link to the circle:

In Jharkhand all the real estate or builders are cheaters they first of all take all the money from the client and they without completing all works like water supply, some construction work, installation of lift and so many amenities stopped the work and only they generating money. They also not pay income tax and other taxes as per the prescribed limit and generating black money. therefore, strict action should be taken against them in Jharkhand. more
Tough laws need to be made with the changing times. In the case of real estate it is a must considering the amount of corruption involved and no fear of the law. Rampant illegal constructions is a way of business. I am surprised to note that few people in Maharashtra want to regularise illegal construction with a minor penalty. If this is the way we are going then unplanned cities will be common causing huge problems to the common man. Also in the case of consumers being looted by suppliers who are selling goods above the MRP. Here again there is no fear. The original MRP is wiped out and a sticker is pasted with a new MRP. An article in the times was also published where cigarettes are sold nearly 25% higher. more
REAL ESTATE BUISINESS IS BIG CHEATERS AS THEY DONOT HAVE WATER SUPPLY AND CONSTRUCT THE BUILDINGS AND RESIDENTS HAVE TO SUFFER FOR ENTIRE YEAR WITH WATER PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE TO DEPEND ON WATER TANKERS ENTIRE YEAR WHICH IS COSTING HUGE SUM AND IN SUMMER NOT AVAILABLE.DRJP more
Its true real estate developers are cheating the investors there must be some regulator to control there activities. more
it is seen that in real state developers and builders are cheating common people by giving false information on their projects. there is need to make all builders and developers accountable for all the promises made by them during advertisement of their projects. strict penalty should be levied and also administrative action should be taken against developers and builders if found guilty and not fulfilling the promises made by them in stipulated time frame . more
