dificulty in sleeping in nights , what to do more  

Follow the treatmeents and Pranayama suggested by Mr. Kaoor ; add this small pracice in the bed befor going to bed . Give a break of 1 hour after dinner ; then go to bed .Lying flat in supine position [on the back] straaight , inhale deeply and fully through your nostrils allowing the stomach to bloat ; exhale through your mouth almost emptying the lungs , and the stomach contracting . Do it at bed time . If there is a habit of afternoonn sleep kindly give up slowly. The medicines are to give you immediate relief , take them . The regular Prnayama and this abdominal breathing should give permanant cure for you. This is also recommended for prgnant women. more  
Pranayam specially Anulom Vilom Kapalbhati Bhramri and Shavaasan for at least half an hour morning & evening each day are extremely Helpful for Insomonia along with homeopathic medicines more  
In homeo Passiflora,Coffeacruda Q 30 drops before bed or Kaliphos 12x 4 tablets 3 times a day workout. Dr.Reckweg R14,SBL co.Tranquil tabs Adel 25 drops as indicated doses on the bottles or some more will works good. In Ayurveda Zandu's Dreamwell or Himalaya's Tagara also works good.
