Dear Mr. Rajendra Pratap Gupta, I am G. Rangarajan residing at Adyar, Madras. (Now called Chennai) I am aged 70 years and have a vast experience in Construction and Project Management of Thermal Power Projects. The following are my sincere views. Curruption and Black Money : The PM's JAN-DHAN scheme should be carried forward on a continuous basis and all the eligible citizens MUST HAVE AND MAINTAIN ACCOUNT in Bank/s. The flaws in the issuance of AADHAAR CARDS must be eliminated and every citizen, including new-born infants MUST have an Indian Identity on the lines of Citizenship followed in the USA. *The above two must be impleted within a set time frame.* *I sincerely feel that the above two points will ensure elimination of black money and corruption to a great extent.* Power and communication must be fail-safe and should be implemented with advanced technology, uniformity and interchangeability throughout India. This is to ensure TOTAL ELIMINATION OF frequent power failures, poor communication frequencies etc. STATUTORY APPROVALS: for all upcoming projects and development programmes must be issued speedily and no bias should be shown in this regard. The set rules must be applied uniformly amongst govt / private enterpreneurs. PRODUCTIVITY: Shall be ensured in all Government establishments, factories, schools and colleges and a strict vigil must be exercised to ensure productivity. Syllabii for education must be the same throughout India, but can be in different languages. SANSKRIT COLLEGES, wherever funcioning MUST BE ENCOURAGED with adequate funds to promote education in Sanskrit and related strudies. SANSKRIT must be one of the three OPTIONAL languages (HINDI, SANSKRIT, AND VERNACULAR) in schools from class 3 to class 10 EDUCATION must be made compulsory for ALL CHILDREN upto class 12 INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT must be given the top priority. Local Panels comprising of citizens must be formed to identify areas needing improvement in infrastructure and advise the administration. MEMBERS of ASSEMBLY and PARLIAMENT must be advised to provide periodical feedback to the citizens on the perfomance of the Government (In the manner they address the citizens seeking their support in the elections) CONSUMER COURTS should be opened in more areas and should be easily accessible to the common man. Er. G. Rangarajan. more

there is a priority of security in our nation. people even who is living in capital of our country can't dare to roam freely in the city. Chain snatching, pick pocket, loot, etc should be in our top priority. in every square of the city, there is group of people who are engage in such crime. for example chain snatching on the squre of city, people indulge in selling food item, begging, car cleaning, etc they all can be a part of racket. Is our road administration allow them to sell their product on city square???? more
