Injustice by Telangana Consumer Court Judge
It is now 10 years I paid 100% money to Aliens Developers, Hyderabad for my flat. Filed case and won early last year to receive amount with 12% interest to be complied within 4 weeks. Went for Execution to the same court and now after about 20 hearings they paid 3 lakhs instead of 1.2 crores. Judge does nothing but support Aliens. There are 400+ cases against Aliens in that court. At Delhi there are so many more cases against Aliens Developers but looks like they bought the justice system. I am NRI and live in UK. It is proving very difficult for me to convince my elder son who studies at Cambridge University that Indian justice still exists and India is still trust worthy and investible. Hope you can do something to restore the confidence in India and help me to continue to respect India and not build hatred towards my own country.

Every system is prone for failures. What is troubling is depatments like Consumer Affairs are unfit to take any action. This department has not taken any step so far against fradulent Telangana Consumer Judge. more

Our justice system is for the corrupt, by the corrupt. Normal citizens in this country have no access to justice. Only those who can buy justice enjoy this benefit. It is most unfortunate that while our central govt is talking about bringing this country into the 21st century our judiciary refuses to budge from their draconian ways as there is no transparency or accountability and allows a parallel judicial economy to run without any law, rules or checks. more

I am in the impression that some one from Dept. Of Consumer Affairs (Government of India) is also part of this Local Circles to view / monitor and respond to consumer grievances. Is it not the case? Or they will only pick and choose which grievance to address? There are 300+ cases in Telangana State Consumer Court and more at NCDRC with 1300+ families impacted and this is a 1000+ crore scam but looks like no Govt official is concerned. I wish our Govt Administration shows even 1% of commitment of what is shown by Prime Minister, India would be again No. 1 in the world. Can our generation be fortunate enough to see this happening? more
