Is Delhi Police monitoring their posts? If so, please take note, the PM has just announced a 21 day lockdown for the entire country. Will DP take note and ensure that shopping hours are split in two or three different windows in the day so that the entire district is not out shopping at the same time. For example, timings for senior citizens to come and shop can be different or such some mechanism. more
