Infeffective misleading ad regulation

See attached everyone, this is delhi’s firoze shah kotla stadium, 8 mins from my home. It doesn’t look like stadium but the factory compound of pan bahar.

And for the record this is 10 minutes from the consumer ministry which regulates Consumer Protection act 2019 and 4 minutes from fssai which is supposed to enforce gutka or chewable tobacco ban. Consumer ministry has banned surrogate advertising.

The whole thing needs to be acted upon. LC Manager please escalate. more

more

Pan Bahar stadium with spitting pans?? more
all these regulating agencies sit in their plush offices and are a drain on the exchequer and turn blind eye to these and are not bothered about the health of citizens and that is the reason you see many of the banned items in european and us markets make it easy here and all these mnc so called companies do not have any ethics about human health or life and if today india becomes strict they will go to one more country where still this is not enforced. When will these organisations wake up and do what is meant for their unless someone takes a big stick and rattles the chief to bring in global legislation in the products more
