5. Complete Lockdown in High Virus Cities and, Districts scoring 100 Cases.

Figure show that Corona increased from 19/5 due to 50% on Liquor Release , 50% on SPL Train Movement. There is drastic Decrease between 3/6 to 9/6 . YET, CITIES OF HIGH VIRUS LOAD MUST BE TREATED Separately on Liquor AND Movement .
