Ineffectiveness of fssai complaints

No one is bothered about the consumer. A complaint, lodged through their site, doesn't get any hearing even after a month of lodging it. Don't know the efficacy of customer complaints going by this attitude of an enforcing and certifying agency. Ref. CMS0007063 DATED 28/12/2018 more

They take a long time to wake up and unless this is enforced upon otherwise companies will keep on playing on the ignorance and knowing fully well the time it is going to take they do not care much.Actually the reports should be made available in their websites on what is wrong the products they have tested. more

If the complaint has been acknowledged by giving complaint number, the Deptt. is bound to act, failing which the officer concerned will be punished. One can getting ATR by RTI after six months time. more
