Today, we would like to initiate a subject that affects us all. The subject of Income Taxes.
Please identify the current issues citizens face with regards to Income Taxes.
We will follow our discussion structure and cover Root Causes and Solutions through separate posts.
The objective of this discussion is to present a whitepaper to Minister of Finance Arun Jaitley and Minister of State for Finance Jayant Sinha and drive actions that will make Income Taxation more citizen friendly.
Also, this is one area where over time local income tax circles can be created for every area to drive increased transparency and accountability.

Want make a good distribution system some of the area we are not geting proper food supply government or some private teames to be arrange the distribution circle. more

1) Tax slabs to keep up with Inflation and Purchasing Power Parity. Must keep up with Sales Taxes as well. Estimate it to be 150% of what it exists today, due to booming real-estate and food prices. 2) Easier norms for those who engage in small and medium businesses. Double taxation is horrible and could be avoided. 3) Quick and Easier Tax filing. more

Thanks for starting this thread. Here are my few humble suggestions:- 1.) Our current system penalizes an honest tax payer. Please modify the system to reward tax payers. For eg. start some social security for people who have paid direct taxes for more than 25 yrs, some medical insurance scheme for regular tax payers. 2.) Please make the tax rules simple. Its really painful to understand the taxation system. 3.) Last but not the least - please make the expenditure process more transparent and corruption free so that avg citizen feels a bit proud of contributing to the nation's progress and not progress of people in power. more
