There is no doubt that Arun Jaitley is better Finance Minister of India but he is equally anti-poor like Chidamboram .It is shameful for me as Indian Honorable Fiance Minister now working as protector of inhuman and anti-people industrialists as those industrialists are rich and belongs to one particular province of India . more

White Paper on Income Tax is good. It sh. ould be implemented. Pension must be Tax free. Tax exemption limit be increased. Where there is no refund or demand, the returns must be assessed and assessment order be issued. more

It is shameful that E-Filing Income Tax not send refund to many Tax Payers after 3and 1/2 months though BJP Government promised to release within 45 days . Is it true or false that some Bubus who are anti -BJP now busy to sabotaging Achha Din Theory of our Most respected Prime Minister ? more

There is need to overhaul the complete system of taxation and attitude of concerned officials. Would like to share our experience of registration of Consumers India under section 80G/12A of IT Act. Application for registration under section 80G/12A was sent to Director, Office of Director of Income Tax (Exemption), Laxmi Nagar on 1st Nov 2011. The prescribed formats were filled in properly and all requisite enclosures were sent. ITO (Exemption) (Hqrs) asked for number of details, many of them being repetition of details already provided with application earlier after a gap of 2 months. Point wise reply was provided, giving all the details sought. However, when CA went on the given date, he was verbally asked to give whole lot of additional details/documents. We had to take up the matter with Chairman, CBDT and Revenue Secy in GOI to get requisite registrations. It would be good if such registrations could be fully computerized and made transparent. more
