I appreciate local circles taking the matter of income tax depts site not working the relevant authorities and they extending deadline. Me and my hubby spent 4 hours this morning trying to get it to work and we filed the return 9 times with no luck. Just now seeing post of Rohit Jain and LocalCircles!! more
Govt officials think they are right. They do not assume responsibility for their poor management by which systems are not working. Will private organisations will keep quiet? Rather they take action on the employees. This should happen in Govt too to make the system perfect. As a citizen we also need certain discpline to initiate actions early instead of working on the last moment under compulsion. It is unverified report that the extension has been given upto 5th Aug more
Government feels that within these 5 days everything will be alright & the servers will function superbly. This is their myth & as per our day to day experience the load on the online mechanism is too much to handle. Without bothering about the capacity & capabilities of the available resources Government is expecting too much. Sorry but this is the reality. The question is not to blame anyone but to accept the realities. Here I want to know if we tell the genuine reason of delay to the Government do they listen to us & avoid the heavy penalties on us? If no then when their own servers or online mechanism does not work then where is the harm if people blame them. Image the ordeal of the person who tried 9 times but in vain. Be realistic & accept your mistake but at the dame do not leave anybody if it is their genuine mistake so that at least something better will come our in future. more
