In the last 10 years, what are the alternative health systems/cures that have worked for you or your family for severe illnesses?

AYUSH experience should be shared over here. I doubt though so many serious illnesses can be cured through Ayush. Somebody share examples please? more

Chronic vericose vein problem can be cured by Homeopathic medicine. more  
except illness involving surgeries many terminal disease have been cured with Ayush, cancer is one of them more  
I am a diabetic person for the last 28 years . I am managing this problem using Ayurveda and Yoga without any western medicine . Why do you call Ayurveda as alternate medicine, You have been educated in the western science for he last several years and sidle lined the Indian science. I do not have anything against the Western science bu I am against sidelining our science more  
Yes, it is a fact that many serious illnesses can be cured through Ayush. But usually people 1st prefer allopathic, then ayurvedic and then homeopathic. However, ayurvedic medicines are without side effect and less effective than allopathic. more  
Yoga with Mudra and Nutrition through which I have helped many cure many types of shortfalls. more
