Improving State of Aviation - Solutions

1.Crew members should be regularly trained on customer service.
I am very serious about this issue as these people(Cockpit Crew & Cabin Crew) they are the people who could be easily co-axed by external pressure(no definition here Plz.) if they succumb to it, the country(India) has to pay huge prize or unrepairable damage to it`s own policy, & will be responsible consequences arise out of it. ( in my perception Custom Collector of Mumbai Mr. THAPA is 100 /%responsible, others are just pons). In all, the three Defence Services Aircraft Pilots are recruited, trained(rigorously) at highest standard to get optimum required/expected performance from them at all time(Peace or war)( NDA). Pilots in Civil Aviation Services, enjoying their hobby of flying the Aircraft(Bird) having got licence -to- fly (CPL) cause of money (inherited from their family(open secret-how?), unlike Defence Services Pilots). All common people knows that after(9/11) any type of Aircraft is nothing but flying missiles. Hence it is my humble request to GOI & PMO & DGCI {MOST CORRUPT DEPT. of GOI})to take cognizance of this content in the pretext of MY country(India) & bring relevant changes in your administration in all respect (RTI is hanging sword on(Such Gov. Babus).
I would like to ask present GOI, please declare the roll in detail of Custom Collector of Mumbai Mr. THAPA, 1993 Arms & Ammunition Landings at Shekhadi, (some 100 + Km away from MUMBAI CITY & how he facilitated/ensured to reach in Mumbai Metropolitan City( treat this or else I shall expose this by media or film, will be my preliminary RTI) .PMO & CMO should take note of Media(News Papers in particular). Follow the policy of " the grate CHANKYANITI, say yes to them at Entrance & send them by back doors as dead(if found harmful) or if they ready to cooperate(not-harmful elements), release & ask them to give wide publicity in Kingdom. more
