Considering the known inefficiency of the govt/public sector, the real answer is to privatize most services. An enterprise run as a proper business activity will have to work if it is to survive. Government's contribution should generally be confined to two areas only: fair pricing and prevention of unlawful pilfering more
by conducting energy auditing in the factories by government agencies wastage of energy can be stopped a unit saved is two units generated more
Develop mini wind mills in everty home with only domestiv meters,if any officer deny to provide domesdtic meters must be fined.(if this is a residential homes) Maheshjani shivshiva.webs.com more
there is no maintenance nor proper utilisation of electricity and above all no discipline which must be as per limited use by one & all, after all have equal rights in building the nation one such example that we are not to use motor on water line but not a single drop comes without its use, that means it is unnecessary use of eletricity and no government sees that which can be avoided 2nd one we are in the habit of switching on but do not put off like that to save it lastly maximum use of day light must be done and old saying forgot that early to bed and early to rise makes us healthy wealthy & wise, like honesty is the best policy only for writings in the books only JAY HIND more

Maybe we can learn a thing or two from them. more
