Improving integrity of online reviews - Issues
1.Many online product reviews are biased and too positive
2.Many online reviews on ecommerce sites are made up by the sellers themselves
3.Some websites give incentives to customers to get positive reviews
4.Some PR companies are known to provide fake positive reviews
5.Many ecommerce websites apparently donâ€™t allow negative comments to show in the reviews
6.Most online platforms do not have any way to authenticate the identity of the reviewer
7.Companies have teams to vet through any online review that comes on their website or social media pages and donâ€™t let negative ones go through
8.Sometimes websites say that your review has been accepted but it never shows up on the site if it is negative in nature.
Who do we complain to ascertain if cell phones sold in India emit low levels of radiation? Are there any standards? Do the brands comply with these standards? Who checks them? Routinely, most people put the cell phone to the ear while talking, and perhaps dismiss the 'hot sensation' on the ear as innocuous. Will someone advise who to report to?

BSNL...cell phone there hidden charges as premium charges related to anaimous Ã‚Â messages send by three or more groups...per message received Rs.5 charged Ã‚Â and I have not niticed ...Since paid by Bank ...this has been started ten years back and protested with their Mandaveli BSNL and assurance not charge such unanimous messages ...Again Past few months again each month 300 to 4oo rupees as premium charges levied my account for that I am not at all responsible...When I again contacted and protested ...they give me message in future willnot recur,,,,and asked to ignore past bills excess with my bill...For the past 30 years I have connections with BSNL.....in my service as A.O. in SBT Zonal office Chennai ..Now I am retired from Aprl 2012.....Please check ...further ananimous message charges which still received in my message box.
