improve higher education system

R/Sir
this is time to change in our higher education system.
Reports say that there is a significant skill gap in the country as 80% of the engineering graduates are "unemployable".
i attach reports .
this is shame on us .After 68 yrs of independence we can't make better education system for our children.
now time to give more power to UGC and AICTE like income tax department .
they should have power to close any institute or any university.
i ask u why UGC and AICTE black list universities why not they close (shutdown) them.
i give you an example of IEI(institute of engineers India Kolkata) MHRD withdraw their recognize in 2013.
but not stop their admissions . now case is in delhi high court but its pending till date.
i attach this case also.

Now what we should we do for that..
1. We should make one organization for recognize all institutes and universities like UGC.
2. We should make AICTE is a part of UGC not a different unit.
3. We should give some extra power to UGC for close universities ,institutes or close any particular course .
4. We should make a system where if anyone have any degree it must be recognize. more

Arrest of existence of Political and Trade Union Associations also is the Top priority issue in all Colleges & Universities please . more
The trouble there are only controls at all levels. There is no effort to enhance self-responsibility and independent thinking. Some ideas on how to become more self-organized are given at the following blog: https://sites.google.com/site/sankaran99999/home/indian-higher-education more
Self-defense should be part of curriculum along with Moral rights. more
All we have do is Teaching of Moral Values in all stage of Education. The students reaping the Knowledge no doubt in it, but Moral values are not taught in Schools,College and In Homes also. The education subject should be Moral classes and teach our Ancient History. more
