Road cleaning should be done by machines. This will reduce the dust & SPM in the city and also reduce the repeated work done by workers in moving the same dust daily. MCD should start charging monthly parking rent and give dedicated spot for each car parked on road-side. Cars parked outside these slot to be towed away in residential areas. This will solve multiple issues: 1. People with extra/spare cars will sell them off freeing the road space. 2. Colony roads which are currently congested by multiple cars parked will free up. 3. Disciplined car parking will increase the efficient utilisation 4. People will not have to worry about parking spot. They can come at any time and find the spot available for their car. This will reduce stress to a large extent. Parking rent can be based on spot/area bidding. A high parking rental of about Rs. 2000-3000 per month can be charged more

Foremost need is to bring the Civic Sense in the Corporates/Administrative Officials of MCD with keenness to provide services included in its Role and Responsibilities. more

Ask all individuals/ family of their respective areas exception. What majority says they fist start to fulfill that dream. Feedback/Suggestion box should be kept at all locality. more

Safai , footpath free from encroachment, Roads of good quality which last as per rules laid by agencies, commission free offices and availability of officers as per time mentioned on notice board, public services online....... to name few. more
