Impediments to India's progress

To make India cashless and digital G O I should take immediate effect decisions. Income Tax rates to the people and companies should be brought down to 5%, 10%, 15% in place of 10%,20%,30% respectivly from the assesment year 2017-18 itself if their income and expenditure of Individual and business is 100% cashless. Every Bank should issue its all a/c holders of bank Debit Card Free of cost with no annual fees. Every cash withdrawal from bank should charge minimum Rs50 service Charge. Every cash withdrawal from ATM should charge minimum Rs25 service Charge. Every Cheque issued by bank be charge Minimum service Charge of Rs50 S B account Interest rate be increased to 6% All government offices must stop accepting and paying cash payment with immediate effect. Government Should print Rs1, 10, 100. currency only and that too of Rs1000/person total value. All other currency must be stopped printing with immediate effects. Let higher currency die by its life. Any digital transactions in any form should be free of cost. India will become cashless and digital in one day. No body will eat when not hungry, The shortage of cash will create hunger of online cash. That is the main stimulent for India to Go cashless digital cash. more

Assuming all the wisdom with you poured into your undisputed Judgements of Law pre-retirement , my comment specially crafted for your post-retirement Judgement of Wisdom . Read further , Sir . Impediments to India's progress would not have come to this pass but for the wrong judgement of Indian freedom-fighters long long ago before I was born , indeed. Today , America exists with White + Black skins but one American mind & heart only. We would have also existed as White+ Brown+ Black skins but one overall patriotic mind & heart indeed without the said impediments in your Resource shooting at our very intellectual abilities . In the Books-market , there are already Authors with titles like Freedom is not Freedom . Because everything that has happened in India—technology, science, education, colleges, universities, railway lines, roads, cars, airplanes—everything has happened because of the British rule. If there had been no British rule, India would have been the same as Ethiopia. Before the British rule, for thousands of years they were burning women alive if their husbands died. And , all religious rituals freedom for thousands of years . The whole credit goes to the British empire that freedom-fighters made it criminal . Failures of law and order was there all over the then World . Before Britain came into India , the poor people were giving birth to 14 children. There was no medicine, no medical care. Then, because of Britain, it was just the opposite: only one dies, 13 live . And that one also died because of Indian stupidity of superstitions . Because Mahatma Gandhi was against vaccination, he was against english-medicines ; he was against everything that has been science-invented . After that all things evilsome of railway trains, telegraph, post offices, telephones, radios, televisions , magnetism , aeroplanes and micro-gravity things .
