IFB - Poor After Sales Service

I have an IFB washing machine. I had paid for and taken extended warranty.
Since last over one week it is not working.
I made a complaint. For two days, no one attended the complaint. On the third day, someone called to say that he was coming in about one hour. But he did not turn up. I complained again. Next day. Someone came, had a look at the machine and told us that the PCB needs to be changed. He will get the PCB and change it.
On the next day, yet another mechanic came. He told us that the previous mechanic could not understand what was to be done and he has come to re-examine.
This mechanic also checked and told us that the PCB needs changing.
For over one week the washing which is in warranty is not functional.
When one complains to their customer care, they say that they cannot help.
This is a very poor after sales service.
I hope someone from customer care is seeing this, and does something about these state of affairs. more

Please call customer care & ask the cell number of Service Manager along with his Email ID, just talk to him & also update him about the problem you are facing, I am damn sure your problem will,be resolved within 24 hours. Its my personal experience. more  
I bought a IFB Microwave 20PM2S in Feb 2018. I checked and found the unit is not leak proof an dangerous microwaves are leaking out. I called the office and complained about same. No action has been taken - worst even, the person on the other side had no clue.These rays are harmful. So I consider this company as standard and avoid their product. more  
It depends on model of machine
Sometimes they don't have the part so they give up and offer you 25%less on new model
Try again see if you can ask them for alternative of they don't have the part
Last is to go consumer court more  
Our laws are very poor and people are not scared of it.Concerned agency must look in to this aspect,so that these companies have some sort of fear and attend customer's grieviences at the earliest. more  
Almost all the consumer durable suppliers behave this way and their common remedy is "change the PCB".. As a ignorant customer one can not find out and they make hay when the sun shines..!! more
