Ibuprofen and Aspirin only with prescription in Delhi

What is the Government's logic here. Dont understand. I have never been to a medical store who has asked for prescription so I don't understand the point that Health Dept of Delhi has here? more

PRESCRIPTION ARE MORE KNOWN TO THE PATIENTS IN OUR HOMEOPATHY FREE DISPENSARY. MOST OF THE GOVERNMENT RUN OR CHARITABLE HOMEOPATHY DISPENSARY FOLLOW THE SAME. ES, THERE ARE PROFESSIONALS FOR THE SAKE OF SECRECY THEY PERHAPS DO NOT LET THE PATIENTS KNOW. BUT WHEN THE PATIENT KNOWS THE NAME OF THE MEDICINE , HE STARTS READING AND USING HIS I.Q. BASED ON NO OR NOTHING KNOWLEDGE OF THIS SUBJECT. more  
This decision has been made to prevent Dengue as these medicines dilutes the blood. If anyone having dengue takes these medicines his life might be at risk....So if we take the decision in this way it sounds good. Certain guys have become habitual of popping Ibuprofen or other antibiotics without knowing its side effects.... more

Homoeopathy doctors don't give prescription to the patient. They just give medicine (not name of the medicine) and how to take? Has the Government made the prescription mandatory for doctors (Homoeopathic also).... Can some one throw light on my query.... more  
There is good points of prescription by doctors , further we should not break the rule which are supposed to be followed. But what about lot of quacks/without degree holder doctors , it is whose responsibility to focus and control. Without proper mechanisation and transparent structure and rules , people are just spectators, watch and comment.Who has to eradicate the system flaws/lacuna more
