I support Jallikattu
I am from Maharashtra and staying in Chennai since last 4 years.
There is a lot of support from Tamil Nadu for the Jallikattu event ..All Major TamilNadu figures and local people are supporting the event.
This is a part of Tamil culture that should be promoted instead of banning it..
--Who the hell is PETA to dictate terms to the people supporting Jallikattu?
--The animal is not killed in the event and its rather helpful to understand the strongest of Bull in the lot.
This bull can then be used for reproduction helping preservation of local breeds of cows.
---This event can be promoted as tourist attraction and medical facilities need to be provided near the venue .
Its a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved as people are connected to it emotionally.
There is one point though which I want to share with my Tamil Nadu brothers.
North Indian people do not support the ban.I have not come across any body who supports the ban.Infact most of them do not know what Jallikattu is so no question of opposition to the event.
Please do not make it a fight as North Indian people vs south Indian people..I heard this argument several times in the last few days.
This is the time the anti National forces will creep in trying to create rift for no reason.United we stand and divided we fall..
China and Pakistan are already trying to break India and we should not fall in their trap..Some Politicians will also try to score some points by creating an unnecessary point.
I want our next generations to dominate the world and I have also joined the protests against the ban.
Requesting the govt to make a note of it and do what ever is required to make the event successful.

Animals like Cow & Bulls/Oxes , Buffalo , Hen & Dog , Cat & Goat , Monkey & Donkey , Sheep & Horse etc., are parts and parcel of Human Life . Human life and Animal life are not new or of B.C. / A.D. The practice and procedure between them are such both will live safely . If there is none capable to control an aggressive Animal of above named Soft animals , there will be a bitter loss to many Human beings . If these animals are not set for healthy life-lead , their use to human beings will be a dreary affair . Exercise and expertise is seen in these animals also . The way of dealing with them , the way of training them , the way of moulding them IS NOTHING THAT REALIZED IN 2015 RECOGNIZING THE " YOGA " . These animals have been in existence as safe as Human beings that possess health , strength , capacity and capabilities ONLY WITH THE METHODS OF PRACTICE AND PROCEDURE REQUIRED . In this connection , we have to realize that even after 65 tears , Majority of the Human beings of this country still striving for Food , Education and Health WHILE THE NATION IS RULED BY ONLY THE INDIAN CITIZEN and while Thousands of Sheep and Goats and Thousands of Hens , Hundreds of Cattle are GETTING KILLED DAILY WITHOUT ANY HOLIDAY FOR EATING PURPOSE . This recalls the need of law and justice . more

Dear all please understand and educate our own family first on basic reason for imposing Jallikuttu 1 The bulls used in Jallikuttu are not used for any other purpose 2They are taken care like a home member and they are are used to promote indegineous cows of the land. 3)The local cow Milk is next to mothers Milk 4)pl recollect the pediatrician advice to mothers not to give powder Milk or pocket Milk 5)The big corporates who produce sell pocket Milk propaganda that our Milk will result in cancer hearyattack which will be identified after ten or fifteen years.They Donot.say short term diseases because their mask will be torn .The longterm fear is encased Like the above a big international influence in politics.are the secrets of ban on Jallikuttu So please try to educate and implement from our home first to build a healthy generation of our own more

The main objective of JALLICATTU is to strengthen the bull to reproduce helping preservation of local breeds of cows. For the this every indian should support and implement JALLICATTU in other states. more
