Dear Minister Arun Jaitley...

Sir..
We understand that you are puzzled... You are confused... You are wondering that 1000 ton of gold is imported in India every year.. But accordingly tax is not generated or paid in government Treasury... We understand your concern that black money is being generated via diamond, gold, silver segments.. We understand your patriotic intention to clean this country of black money...
But we are puzzled too....
1) Every MP/MLA draws a salary of 25000-80000 per month... And once elected they make around 50-500 crores in 5 years... They keep personal security... They live lavish lifestyles... Hows it possible on such a small salary?
They have tens and hundreds of properties in family and sibling names... Many bank accounts... Partnership in many companies... Hows it possible with such a small salary? Is this not black money? Is this not cheating your nation? Is this not against vested interest of the nation? Please share us your finance plans.
2) First clean your collars first.... First clean full Lok sabha and Rajya sabha from such ministers.
3) Parliament should have only those members against whom no single FIR, scam RTIs, rape charges, fraud, cheating reports, police records...
4) First make it mandatory for every minister to file returns and 100% transparency of their financial status.
5) Crores of rupees are sanctioned in many projects and schemes... But hardly and major share to end users. All major chunk going to greedy baabus, ministers and tender agents... First clean your cupboards....
6) You can bring to track small gold silver dealers.. And kaarigars... But you cannot bring yourslef on track?

If you clean your garbage then Indian government treasury will have more than other country gdps. Counter the scams first sir... Gold diamond and silver merchants are not threat to anyone... But such scams and ministers are parasites....

Jai hind.

Politics form College should be removed. During college days there should not be any politics. Only education should be there. No canvassing nothing of that sort. They can do it after college days. more
A very thoughtful article. Mr. Jaitely, why ask your MP's these questions and get answer? why are you not plucking the low hanging fruits like taxing the MP's and babus whose wealth multiplies overnight? What about assigning these MP's those loss making PSU's to turn them into profit making venture. And last but not least, make the judiciary to give judgements faster. K Sengupto more
We have to pray God or some almighty for coordination in Regulating the Indian Election Commission and Political parties to discard those contestants who have even any Criminal or Financial Crime under investigation by Police ; or , FIR registered on such of these issues TO HAVE ONLY LEGISLATORS OF GOOD CONDUCT AND CANDIDATURE AT SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY . Unless this is done , no Government under any Political Party or in alliance of many Parties cannot do any thing to arrest the ills of Corruption , Black Money , Robbery of National Wealth and Smuggling of Natural Wealth beside the Concealed and Concentrated wealth against various laws . The Evident of 2013 where the Congress Party dis agreed to the 11 suggestions of the Election Commission of India ; and ; the disagreement to the Supreme Court suggestion to eliminate those who are convicted with 2 years imprisonment shall not contest in elections ; Passing a Draft Bill under consent the then P.M. AND , later taring off while the conclusion of the Verdict on the case of Sri Lalu Prasay Yadav ordered within that fortnight { I think in that fortnight } ,ALL THESE PROVE THAT ONLY AN ALMIGHTY CAN ADDRESS THE PUBLIC SAFETY OR CONSTITUTIONAL SAFETY ISSUES IN OUR PRESENT POLITICAL DEMOCRACY . more
