Dear Sri Mohan , your contentions are absolutely correct and to be forthwith implemented doubling the Judiciary ,; Police , ; Sealing the Judgement time limit to 5 years ; as opted by our chief justice , multiplying the imprisonment with 100 % Penalty == are necessary . Our Human Rights Judiciary also to think of imposing fit punishments and penalties SINCE CHEATING THE HUMAN CITIZEN / HUMAN-BEINGS SHALL NOT CARRY ANY BENEFITS OF HUMANITY AS IT IS SIMPLY THE MAINTENANCE OF WILD AND WICKED ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CITIZEN LIVING IN THAT SOVEREIGNTY . more
Regarding Expeditious Judicial judgments to fight corruption I am of the strong opinion that expeditious judicial judgment will be a key factor in transforming India the way Our Prime Minister desires and minimizing corruption. The root cause of corruption, inefficiency, accountability and redressal of government related matters via courts is that there does not exist any impact except strictures from judges on the executing government machinery (inclusive of Political and/or Bureaucracy). For petty things people are compelled to go to courts as these personnel/agencies know very well that the cases are fought with public money without any type of penalty and the long duration in judgments. If the judiciary takes note of these matters the no. of cases will get drastically reduced as the Bureaucracy has eminent IAS and IPS officers with su-moto judicial powers. The court cases should be expeditiously settled for highly placed all politicians (Corporators ,MLA, MPs , Ministers etc.), Senior Government officials, Eminent/popular personnel in the society like film stars , doctors, presidents/chairmen of political parties and social organizations etc. I would like to inform here that in a typical case settled after a long time (say 20years) of conviction for corruption with sentence for rigorous imprisonment to an Ex. Central Cabinet Minister, the plea made was that he has become too old to undergo rigorous imprisonment. So this will be an argument for all prominent political personnel facing today long duration trials and presently enjoying the glory of public life/service. The solution can be: increase number of courts with judges, employ fresh law graduates of eminence & integrity for preparatory work, reduce postponement of trials, record the statements of the party present in the court on the date of hearing, video shooting of the court proceedings, record the statement of witnesses promptly, penalize the hostile witnesses, not to grant bail in the absentia ( the Person should be present in the court and not the lawyer seek the bail on his behalf) , penalize the advocate seeking bail in absentia for person declared absconding. Most importantly the time has come for a “Peoples Council “ similar to Bar Council for redressal of complaints against lawyers for unethical practices adopted by them leading to delayed justice. Marriage shall not be taken / construed neither as a safe needed Issue for FOOD ; nor for enjoyment of gender SEX . It shall be perfectly understood and adhered to follow ONLY BECAUSE HUMAN BEING IS A SOCIAL-BEING THAT CANNOT LIVE ALONE WITH LONELINESS WITH PEACE , PLEASANTNESS & QUIET MIND . Marriage binding among a couple is to attain this in the universe as otherwise no living-being can come out of Anger ; mental un-rest. It is a safeguard of keeping and living among all the living beings including human-beings ; Wild Animals ; poisonous or Strengthy Animals etc., Marital peaceful life in human beings is a MUST TO PREVAIL A SAFE SOCIETY . ALL THE RULERS AND SECURITY FORCES , LAW & JUSTICE SHALL PROPERLY , TIMELY AND CONSTITUTIONALLY MAINTAIN THE JUSTICE AND PEACE AMONG NOT ONLY A FAMILY BUT ALSO THE SOCIETY and this only keeps a Country Safe and Secure . more
