How to update correct DOB against my UAN
Need your help to update my correct DOB(***) against my UAN- *******. actually in my last company(****) they wrongly updated many employees DOB by replacing DD to MM while uploading on EPF on-line portal.
For Example my Correct DOB is **** but due to wrongly uploaded it's showing ****. now request you to kindly update the correct one so that I can add my new company PF no with my UAN no along with transfer my old PF to new PF account.
I got a mail from my new company to unable to add my new PF account no with my UAN due to DOB mismatch so request you to kindly do the needful and call me on my cell no-9810907174 for any further clarification... more

Write a letter to P.F.O through your previous employer, along with proof for correct D.O.B such as copy of Pass port, driving license etc. Your previous employer will duly attest the same and file with P.F.O. Then the P.F.O will correct your D.O.B. more

There is Form No. 11. You can use that to update any mismatch and ask your current employer to upload the updated form 11 as they have the permission to update any wrong/incorrect data. more
