HI, You have more than 27 years of service. If its a same company you can withdraw the benefits from the employer share how its like this. Employee share (that is your share of PF 12% from your basic plus da if any will be your shar) the same way employer share is divided into two portion in this 8.33% is for pension and remaining (12-8.33=3.67%) only available for your withdrawal. You have to calculate like this from your joining time. Plus interest on this 3.67% every year along with 12% of your share gk. more
