How to look 5 yrs younger

1. Meditation is known to have very positive effects on your skin and mind, resulting in a healthier, happier and younger-looking you. Just 20 minutes of meditation can do wonders to your skin, besides of course helping you gain inner peace.

2. In order to have good skin, eat whole foods like blueberries, cantaloupe, broccoli etc. along with these, you can also reduce the intake of dairy products to keep your skin glowing.

3. Young eyes make way for a young appearance, which is why you should pay attention to your eye bags for dark circles. Eat healthy food and keep cold cucumber over your eyes to reduce dark circles and look younger. Also, a little bit of makeup under the eyes can be a temporary solution.

4. If you didn't know already, sweat is very good for your skin, because it detoxifies it, resulting in a special glow on your face. You can either choose to walk, cycle, exercise, or go to a steam room for this.

5. To look younger, make sure that your eyebrows are not too thin, as that is a sign of aging. When getting your eyebrows done, ask for a thick line, and if they are naturally thin, beef them up using makeup. more

For constipation ,have lots of water, daily banana, stop tea / coffee, smoking . have triphala in d nite after dinner. more
