How to get my lost transaction money?
I made an online transaction to purchase air tickets from Yatra.com using my kotak bank account. Transaction was done twice since first transaction failed. However, till date neither yatra.com nor kotak want to accept that they have money of this transaction. I don't know where money is lying. Pls comment and share ur experiences, if any. more

if you see your bank account for this amount debited , then give these details to yatra.com and to your bank, then you should get necessary confirmation of the details in one week. if this transaction does not show up, check whether you have accessed secured website of kotak bank. if you have used a fake website, then you need to consult the bank for further necessary action. more
