How to cure muscles stiffness in hand and neck

Dear All,

Since all most one year I am suffering from muscles stiffness in right hand and neck which makes me feel lot of pain when I use my hand and work on laptop. I am visiting one Orthopedic Doctor who has put me on Gabapentine 300 mg daily and 3 doses of MethyleCobol 500 mcg along with this I am having physiotherapy sessions for half an hr which includes IFT + Myotherapy since last two months but still have not recovered.

Can any of you suggest how to come out of it, my age is 35 years and I am a software professional and finding my job in trouble due to this never ending weakness in hand and pain.

Regards, Shubham more

Hello again. I was wrong about methylcobol: I think it is vitamin B12 and I think you need that, people that do not eat meat do not get that, it has several functions in the body bla, it is important for good nerv functions. I do not know about gabapentine. more
aw,,, that was much medicin,, I do not think this is going nowhere. I do not think you need any medicin at all, it is your work that kills your body. First you need to get a desk there you can do your job standing, the you need something under your forearm when you are typing and move your mouse, and never let your elbow hang free . Second: You need to look over your food. To much saturated fat and to low Ph level. You need much fruit ( the acid in fruit can do wonders for your body), more omega 3 and a bicarbonate cure. The cure: One tablespoon of bicarbonate twice or tree times a day betwen your meals so you do not disturb you stomacks work, do not take bicarb to close to a meal no closer than one hour before and one hour after. Back to your body: Stretching and massage will help your bloodflow, and several pauses a day, no more than two hours of work without a pause. On the pause, stretch your neck, shoulders and arms. Move your head back and forward left and right, do cirkles with shoulders and arms, stretch your fingers and close your fists. more
