How hospitals are cheating Delhiites

Few know that Delhi Govt handed over that big complex in Sarita Vihar where Apollo Hosp is.. at Re 1.

Delhi govt owns 26% stake in that Hospital. Pvt hospitals like Apollo are bleeding the health sector. They make all money from both ends- govt's kitty & patients purse.

These 5 hospitals took land at massive concession from Delhi govt to treat the poor patients free of cost.
Fortis Escorts
Shanti Mukand Hosp
Dharamshila Cancer Hosp
Pushpawati Singhania Research Institute

Can Kejriwal and Satyendra Jain ensure they are treating EWS like they are supposed too? more

All hospitals are looting the public. Government of India should immediately fix rates and charges of all medicines, drugs, etc. and make it public. more
Poor or rich, Delhi hospitals are looting every one. They are doing surgery and operating patients when not required. They are charging in lakes for minor wrist fracture surgery. Govt seems helpless, Delhi people need to know the reasons. Will any body respond more
Yesterday evening someone was enquiring about a good eye specialist through a connected Health group And prompt came the responses from people suggesting Max hospital etc One woman doctor was supposedly so busy that her diary was full for 2 weeks at various corporates So people suggested to the suffering person about references to get appointments at Max hospital Saket The people who are patients to be are not foreigners looking for cheaper treatments in India They're people who are living among us Who pays for the treatment at 5 star hospitals? All of us through our indirect taxes paid for looking after leaders and their health Even at AIIMS a reference is a must People who get treated have reasons to be boastful about their Connections Every corporate hospital and every government hospital are full beyond the capacity to treat and listen to real grievances It's time to accept the facts . Things will never change unless attitudes of being powerful , to be connected to the powers and flaunting their powers over illiterate masses ! The election results have proved today that the junta elects their leaders and this junta deserves such leaders only No prevention of diseases but created diseases in bulls so that junta remains sick forever more
Read diseases created on bulks not bulls! more
I understand many of the hospitals in Delhi are showinng less chàres for heart cost of of valve , stunts or pace makers and knee replacement but the total cost for the operation remains the same. Matter needs immediate interventìon . more
AAP & Delhi CM Kejriwal seem to be favorite punching bag of all and sundry. They were nowhere in the picture when Delhi Government (probably Congress) handed over Sarita Vihar Land for Apolo Hospital. Yes, as per agreement of the sanction, EWS should be treated Free of Cost with 10% reservation for their treatment. However at any given time, whether it is Apolo, Medanta, Fortis or even AIIMS...the EWS are sent from pillar to post even for a bed while the Jayalalita's & Ajit Singh's get VVIP rooms. I have been to Apolo many times and the 5th Floor resembles a 5-Star Hotel by all means and why not daily bus full of foreigners (ladies) come for botox treatment which works out cheaper in India. So who cares for the poor Ms.Das? Ultimately it turns out that only Delhi CM Kejriwal does which is why people turn to him for anything and everything otherwise the party pollbound for 2019 with Slogan: Saaf Niyat - Sahi Vikas - where Vikas is yet to be found and Niyat is questionable. more
The point is that Delhi govt. has done little to ensure that poor get free treatment in these hospitals. more
