House parties in Delhi with strangers

Daughter shared the attached. Strangers’ house parties are being organized in Delhi, where many boys and girls are joining.

Is it legal in India to organize such stranger house parties where there is lots of alcohol & drugs and sex happening? Shouldn’t there be norms? more

In my personal view we should not encourage these type of parties as these are breeding bad habits in the upcoming younger generations of our country. Govt. should develop a system to check such parties and make a rule to stop all this new style of prostitution in the society. Strict action by the administration is required before these things become part of of younger generations lifestyle. more
